You are correct, ordered from Chapman of horsham back long ago, but I will be paying 26175 for the same vehicle, same options but with the added hard tri fold bed cover.
Eventually... Truck arrived last Wednesday (oct 26), I called last Friday and told they didn't have time to check and send an email. Sent my email after the phone call and received a reply email on Monday saying my truck was there.
From not scheduling a courtesy delivery to zero communications...
No eye deer. There isn't any warranty recalls on my vin. Considering the truck has been there a week now, haven't spoke with the sames manager yet, seems like 2wks will be what its gonna take. They did say they got a bunch of inventory in so that probably is part of the delay.
Heck if I know, ordered 8-2-21, you'd think they would be trying to let customers know that their truck is there. They said in the email today that they had a bunch of inventory show up and don't book travel plans till they tell ya
I will eventually be picking up my Mav from Chapman horsham some time soon. Ford tracker said it arrived last Wednesday, didn't get an email till today saying it showed up. I will be traveling from North GA to pick it up when ever they get around to getting it ready. Any tips, wisdom, sage...
We have the same truck, same model, lux hybrid, same dealership, different color. My Mav just got to Horsham last Wednesday and they just let me know today. Any suggestions with dealing with them would be much appreciated. I live slightly north of Atlanta.
Congrats. My truck arrived at my dealership last Wednesday and didn't have an email from the dealership till today, after I called and let them know what the Ford tracker said. They said it's gonna be almost another week for pickup
From what I have learned on this forum, most trucks average mid teens for mpg when towing, and if your lucky low 20's when not. That's all I was saying.
I have zero towing experience with the Mav, I do think that when concerned with mpg most Mav owners aren't towing 90%of the time. If it's getting 30ish most of the time when not towing that should be better than a full sized truck.
I soon will be making that 800 mile drive back to Cumming Georgia in my XLT hybrid lux VB, I ordered from horsham not Philadelphia. This week is my delivery window so we shall see when I actually get to pick it up. Any suggestions on how to make the transaction more smooth?
