    Can you elaborate on clean vs unclean? I have chatted with Ford Customer Service many times and the only info they were able to provide was it was in Processing status and I would receive a VIN when it is scheduled.

    Yes, I did in fact sign and provide ID. I have a copy as well. My order has been in processing status with Ford since October.

    UPDATE: Now they need me to come sign the order (shocker). It was apparently the first order this particular salesman had done. So I guess we can chalk it up to a rookie move. Thanks to those who replied.
