Of course PITA to install, I did a mix, I loosened the plastic trim but didn't fully remove it, to get enough space to fit my fat fingers in to replace the clamp.
Fit perfectly, zero fitment issues...

I am willing to cave on a few things that I can reasonably take care of myself ( like the battery, already ordered an AGM that will be better anyway), the there is no way I am letting the headliner issue slide, too much potential for that to bite me in the ass down the road.
This tech clearly did not reference anything, I provided the TSB for the headliner, and like ever other issue it appeared he was taking the fastest excuse to deny having to do any work and get it done.
I am sure they are incentivized for recalls, because they sure blew my phone up the past year...
