No, Im not holding the pull tab

I cant figure out why the rear seat will not latch back. There are no obstructions and the pull cord returns when you pull it. It wont lock in place. Anyone else experience this?

The buying process was on par with other dealers. They are 45 minutes from house. But that equals over an hour travel time. I'll use a local Ford dealer for service. I was lucky to find what I wanted on the lot and nearby. Overall, Chapman has an excellent reputation.
