I got this one. The loops to hold the sides up to protect the doors are a good idea, but kind of in the way for an active dog https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0727Y5ZD7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I located a dealer with a few "used" mavericks on their lot. They are listed as used, but the dealer says they are actually new. They said if they list them on their website as new, then Ford won't send them any more.
Wouldn't Ford know that they weren't actually sold? Or are the sales people...
You know the 23 Ecos & hybrids cost the same, right? And Ford wanted people to switch to Ecos because they didn't have capacity to fulfill all the hybrid orders? (edited to correct the new model year pricing)
Mine were super thick with a heavy texture & thick 3M adhesive. I was actually worried it would bend around the contours. Definitely needed the hair dryer to soften them enough to work.
I was ordering the door sill protectors from tufskinz and saw you can get custom emblems for the Weathertech mats. I got boring black sill protectors so zhuzhed up the Floor mats. These are "Inferno" with "Cavalry Blue" text, and the colors aren't too far off...
I don't think my hybrid shudders, but I have an occasional loud thump/knock that sounds like someone bangs a fender with a fist. Happens about 1x-2x times per week when I'm slow rolling into like a driveway or parking spot. Not accelerating, not really braking, but foot on the brake pedal...
I bought those factory mud flaps and they do have that weird gap. They also suck because the lip at the bottom holds snow/road slush. I drove 1 mile in slush and the slush packed in there between the tire & flap (fronts & backs) and started making a terrible grinding sound
Go back to your dealer/installer. Mine was installing this one but guaranteed they would fix if it leaked. 2 weeks and 4" of rain so far and we're still dry!
