not looking good. I just called customer service and the rep said 3-4 weeks... seems crazy since the website said it would arrive by Dec 9th. Even now, if you order it says Dec 12th - 17th. Not sure what to believe at this moment.

anyone get their front mats yet? I ordered both the front and back set at the same time for my hybrid that will be getting built. I received the back set; however, the front set hasn't shipped yet. Still says pending fulfillment on realtruck

I bought the X-Act Contour too. I emailed support regarding the rebate and that there's no bed mat or cargo mat available for the maverick. Not sure if they even do substitutes. I haven't heard anything back from them.

Saw this earlier last week and applied for it even though mine isn't scheduled until 12/18. Doesnt really help me out but whenever I see them pop up I just have the habit of applying for them. Hopefully they renew the program in time so I can actually take advantage of it.

I dont have farm bureau, but the student one can be renewed.

My guess, your dealer looked up your incentives on smart vincent and only clicked on "sale date" and didn't bother to click on "protection date".

Call up ford marketing and see what offers show up.
