Had a new for $7000 1984 Ford Ranger with few options and a manual and the 4-banger. Knew nothing about towing/towing capacity and towed a 2000 lb+ boat all over Michigan and it did not work out well. Sold it at 30k miles.

Totally agree. For me and my lack of flexibility, it’s the left sidewall right under the dash drivers side and the inside ridge (not a “sill”?) that you need to lift your leg over getting in and out.

I was told by my dealer that you can’t get a sliding rear window in the 2024 (XLT Hybrid). I called a few auto glass places and they say there is no aftermarket window for 2024 Maverick. I am in SE Michigan - delivery expected mid-December 2023. Any feedback appreciated from Team Maverick.
