Hello, I had the exact same problem with the tinted windows front and rear. Always looked like left of water streaks or something. I used Adams Water Spot Remover and it took it all of now perfectly clear. Good Luck 🤞

That will definitely get the ring off the outer edge and any debris that may be stuck 😭😭
