I traded in an XL 4K on a Tremor . My take away is Night and Day. The tremor has such a nice ride, and because it is so smooth it seems quitter . I do not drive fast so can not say about high speed cornering , but it is very well planted .
You risk upsetting the wonderful ride and handling that your Tremor has right now. I put a 2 inch lift on my previous XL Maverick . It did lift the truck ,but runed the ride . Buy the way I kept records of before and after measurement with the 2 inch lift . When I first got my Tremor I took...
Just ordered a set . Looks like a really good price . The other ones on the market are 3 or 4 hundred bucks I think . Looks like they will work good with the Mabett mud flaps that I put on yesterday . Thanks for the heads up .
Maybe we should start the Niagara Mav club . Can three people be a club ? My brother said we have a secret wave ,but I do not know what it is yet . Ha Ha
Almost at the end of my first tank of gas . Averaging 25 MPG in mixed driving . I will be towing a camper trailer on a long trip this weekend , will be interested in what it drops to . So I traded an XL 4 K with two inch lift and Toyo tires in on the Tremor . The differences in the two trucks is...
I agree , not sure the reason ford recommends not running a fridge directly . I can do the Ranch method too . But if I am not going home after three days its a fail. On my last camping trip it was cold and raining in the mornings . I would make coffee and climb in the truck . Running the motor...
It works for me in this way. Plug my Bluetti Eb70 into 400w ,It charges it at about 180 watts. Then plug the 12 volt compressor fridge into the EB70 . Every thing stays cold and the EB70 is fully charged when it get to my camp site . I can then go about three days with no outside electrical hook...
It may have something to do with crash protection . The spare tire is part of the crash absorption . If you look in front of the spare tire there is a piece of metal that blows out the tire on a rear impact. Dealer mite not want liability .
Mine never changed ,and it came at the earliest date . They talk on this site about being able to get a rail car number ,and then through the rail compony being able to see its location in real time .
No it was at the dealer ,I looked at it on the 20th . I guess just the weekend got in the way . I think they do not start the PDI until the customer goes in and does all the paper work .
I guess I cheated . after assembling the frame on the truck ,I slide it back before clamping and snap the front to it . Also to snap on the sides ,I pulled the top frame off the two pins . Let it relax and snap the sides . Also a tip ,if you want to take the top off .Just remove the four clamps...
I have a 2023 XL 4 K tow, picking up my 2023 XLT Tremor on Monday . Short story ,after waiting 15 months for the XL and no word . I went to a deferent dealer and ordered a Tremor . When I placed my original order in December of 2021 ,there was no Tremor offered . Anyway the XL came in two months...
