  1. Latest 2024 Maverick Production Key Commodity Constraints + Total Retail Unscheduled Orders (1/16/24)

Yeah, I don't use the Ford inventory finder anymore as that's wildly off. Some aren't listed on Cargurus or cars.com either. I just use Google Maps and hopped around to all the different dealers around me. Then only look at the ones with actual pictures and a price posted. Lots of the dealers...
  2. 2024 Maverick Early Commit / No Stock Scheduling This Week (1/18/24) for Production Weeks 3/4 - 3/25

I pulled them off my EB XLT I ordered in Dec and got scheduled the next day for next week (1/29). Not sure if that was a coincidence or what but could be worth it.
  3. Latest 2024 Maverick Production Key Commodity Constraints + Total Retail Unscheduled Orders (1/16/24)

I think we're really going to see more inventory on the lots in 2024 with Ford pumping more out and price increases. There are half a dozen both in hybrids and EB's within 60 miles of me. A few have markups but most are sticker. I think others have gotten sick of waiting and found something...
  4. The ONE thing that would make me love it more..

Agreed. Anyone drive theirs through the mountains yet? What did you do to not burn up your brakes? The last vehicle I took through the mountains I manually shifted down woth the paddles and used engine braking.
  5. Wiper Well Ice blocks forming while driving in this frigid snow storm

Yep, removed for 24+. They keep removing features and the price still goes up lol.
  6. Just got me Build Update

Ford is just hoping you give up and switch to a XLT... :giggle: I do feel bad for you guys. I ordered my XLT in Dec 23 and it's scheduled for production in 2 weeks from today.
  7. Current new and used Maverick prices..

I'm in MN and the 3-4 dealers across the boarder in WI all have $2-5K markups. I've been keeping my eyes out as more inventory is coming in. They still all seem to think markups are valid. A dealer in Hudson WI is the one that added a $5K markup to a truck I had reserved when I went to pick it...
  8. Ecoboost lariat lux vs hybrid xlt lux?

Just keep your Lariat. If you went XLT Lux you'll be downgrading\missing the rear sliding window, push button, keyless entry, keyless entry pads, radar cruise, pleather interior, laminated glass, B&O sound system and I believe the upgraded instrument cluster.
  9. Second Thoughts

IMO you have to take JD power with a grain of salt. They get money from manufacturers by giving their cars good ratings\awards. The Mav hasn't been out long enough to stack up against the Ridge. I have a feeling that a 200K mile Ridgeline and a 200K mile Mav would be in very different shape...
  10. $1000 OFF MSRP on 2024 Maverick Truck Orders - Granger Ford

I'm only ~300 miles from them. I'd say unless you can drive or fly in and drive it home, I'd just find a local dealer. Shipping would probably negate any savings. But, I'm sure they've shipped cars before too so you could reach out to them to inquire on a price.
  11. Second Thoughts

Pre owned 2022 RTL-E's with ~5-10K miles go for $35K or less. But yeah new is $43'ish. Still a better value than a $40K Mav though IMO.
  12. Second Thoughts

For $35-40K look at a Honda Ridgeline. Much better truck for the $$ and has a huge lockable in bed trunk. The MPG loss will be worth it in the long run due to lots of reasons, mainly long term reliability, and better NVH.
  13. Interior durability input?

I sent you a PM, this is kinda out of line.
  14. Interior durability input?

Interesting how there is such a variance in feedback. The interior panels must vary in quality or something.
  15. Interior durability input?

Thanks for the input. I think if I didn't have the Subie it would be a totally different story. Unfortunately I had to get that when shopping last year because I couldn't get my hands on a Mav for MSRP and the used market was nuts. The Mav still seems to be a good value if you get a XL\XLT...
  16. Interior durability input?

$39k. The interior is really nice. Soft touch everywhere and still looks new a year later. The feature set would be like a Lariat Mav with all the options but the Subaru is still nicer inside not to mention the quality. The Mav is a really cool trucklet. I think if Ford would of kept the price...
  17. Interior durability input?

Thanks for all the input. Kinda had a sit down talk with my other half and we discussed the positives and negatives about the Mav. I decided I'm going to pass on my order when it comes in. I think what ultimately got me was the raise in price VS quality and some missing features I want. I was...
  18. Interior durability input?

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately the more I look into it the more I think the Mav may be built a little too cheap for me and I won't be happy long term. I think at a base $24K I'd be fine with it, but after adding a few creature comforts that I'm used to and being in the $33K range, that's...
  19. Interior durability input?

I've been intrigued by the Maverick since it came out but was never able to get a order in or find one at MSRP. I finally got a order in and build date assigned for Jan. The more I read about the interior quality and it scratching really easy, the more I get cold feet and want to just pass on...
  20. $1000 OFF MSRP on 2024 Maverick Truck Orders - Granger Ford

I ordered my XLT through Granger on Dec 8th and was scheduled the next week for Jan 29th. Same with another guy that ordered a few days after me, scheduled for Feb. I think I was a "clean up" order but Ford is deff scheduling more XLT's now with a 3rd shift pumping etc. XL's you may still be...
