  1. Dead Hybrid again, AFTER wire harness replacement!

I don't know the minimum voltage required for my lithium jump pack but it does have a "boost" setting which sounds like the bypass procedure (which I did not have to use to wake the relays). That said, I also tried jumping with a 1700 amp lead acid (judging by the weight) jump pack courtesy of...
  2. Dead Hybrid again, AFTER wire harness replacement!

Sorry to hear this but you're right, this is very similar to my situation. Did you already have the wire harness replaced per the TSB?
  3. Dead Hybrid again, AFTER wire harness replacement!

12V battery was not replaced after the wire harness TSB was performed per my service records. It's highly plausible the battery was damaged by deep discharge when the wire harness connection was bad. But why wouldn't it jump start this time when it previously did?
  4. Dead Hybrid again, AFTER wire harness replacement!

Two months after my hybrid received a new wire harness due to the well documented TSB, it died again after sitting for 2 weeks in an airport parking garage. This time it wouldn't even jump start (and I became quite familiar with jump starting it previously). Tried two different jump packs and...
  5. Hybrid Harness TSB 22-2340 (no crank / no start) with impacted dates: Mavericks built on or Before May 13, 2022

My ordeal is finally over. 5 weeks + 1 day and my Maverick is in my possession again. Parts arrived last week. Parts were $1000, rental was $1500 (both fully covered by Ford).
  6. Hybrid Harness TSB 22-2340 (no crank / no start) with impacted dates: Mavericks built on or Before May 13, 2022

Has anyone had a replacement harness installed since the TSB was released? My Maverick had been at the dealer for 3 weeks now, 2+ since the TSB was released. Service department has ordered the parts but hasn't heard a word back from Ford on ETA. Meanwhile I'm stuck in limbo with no Maverick...
  7. Yup, that's me...another dead Maverick hybrid

8 months and 7500 miles into Maverick ownership, my Lariat hybrid succumbed to the faulty harness syndrome. No deep sleep messages, first indication was the custom dash screens changed to the default settings, and the next time it wouldn't start. Probably a loose connection before it gave up...
  8. My Maverick Review [Hybrid Lariat Lux with CoPilot 360 & Mods]

Wow, that Lomax tonneau has got to be the most efficient (in terms of bed access) hard tri-fold in the vertical position and the hands-down winner for mountain bikers using tailgate pads. I am delinquent in posting my review of the Undercover Armor flex, but it probably won't clear a large 29"...
  9. Fishing dealings with Washington State Ford dealers

Yes, based on my experience, West Hills Ford are one of the good guys. In Jan, I purchased a stock/declined order hybrid Maverick for MSRP, no ADM. $150 doc fee, they did try to add on flashing CHMSL and etching for $300 each. I removed the flashing CHMSL (they hadn't installed anything) but...
  10. Hard tri-fold tonneau dimensions needed

Thanks, this was super helpful. I ended up getting the Undercover Armor Flex and have about 2 inches to spare. For reference, the bike's wheelbase is 1192 mm with 27.5" wheels.
  11. Hard tri-fold tonneau dimensions needed

Can someone with a hard tri-fold tonneau cover measure the depth from rear window with the tonneau folded up completely? I am trying to figure out if there is enough clearance with a mountain bike over a tailgate pad. The perspective is off in the below photo, but I have about 10 inches of...
  12. Maverick Fuel Tank Official Recall : 5,456 Units w/ Spray-In Bedliner Affected

Some background: My Lariat lux started production in Sept, finished build in Dec and arrived at the dealer early Jan. Minutes before I head out to take ownership, I get the dreaded call that it is held for the fuel tank recall. Dealer is now saying the one time use bolts for the tank are out of...
