The Toyota Prius hybrid has a rubber bladder in the fuel tank. It helps control emissions and is part of what lets them qualify as an Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle (ULEV). Unfortunately it also holds less gas in the winter than in the summer because the bladder stiffens up.

Actual 50% of all people have below MEDIAN intelligence. :) 80% of people do not know the difference.
