UPDATE: Truck was towed in to the dealer. All tests revealed low voltage on the 12v battery, the same thing I have been fighting with for the last year. It turns out that the latest recall made it to where instead of being able to jump my frequently dead battery, it just bricks the entire truck...

That's what I've been hearing as well. Tow truck just picked it up to take it to the dealership and it'll get looked at in the morning. I'll post updates here if there are any.

I believe they did the dash light, tail light, and the 12v battery communication recall.

Update: Took it to the dealer last Wednesday. They did software updates and put in a new battery as old one was bad. Yesterday, not even 5 days later, it was dead again. I am so pissed.

I've seen lots of posts on here and on reddit from both hybrid and ecoboost owners. So it seems to be an issue across the board.

Any updates? Have you had to jump it yet? I've only gotten the deep sleep message twice - both within a week - and the second time it was completely dead. Seems like I had a lot less warning time than others.
