There a red mahogany stain, minwax brand, that is a really deep red, we used to use it quite a bit. Cheers

Some cedar is very red, there are a bunch of tropical hardwoods that give off a red. If you look at my photo, under the Mav sign is a tabletop I'm working on, it's Brazilian Cherry also known as jatoba. Is that helpful? That's cedar, not sure which variety.

Something to hang in my shop while I wait for my hybrid, order date 8/8. It was cut on a very punky piece of cherry, so it's not great but good enough to hang up and daydream of owning one someday.

Totally agreed, I find the PB overly sweet myself, almost undrinkable, but I like the idea. The idea is probably better than the execution. I'm more of a bourbon on ice guy. Maybe I'll have them cut it with some bourbon.

This will be much better than my daily driver, I can get to 60mph in about 12 seconds in my old Volvo, IF I start from a rolling 30mph. :giggle: So yeah, I'm excited!

My daily driver, a long-in-the-tooth Volvo has 260000, my fingers are crossed that there are no major problems until my hybrid gets here. C'mon Swede's, do your thing!
