  1. Put AT tires on my Hybrid Maverick and still saved 5.6lbs per corner over stock

The pump lies too unless you are willing to stand there until it's pouring out of the filler neck, which is not recommended on today's vehicles. With my Excursion I kept a spreadsheet for 2 years on the difference between first pump shut off and full to the filler neck and difference in pumps...
  2. Put AT tires on my Hybrid Maverick and still saved 5.6lbs per corner over stock

Yes, they are white letter on the other side. As for the price, I got a really good deal on eBay for 652.42 shipped to my door including tax. This was much better than any online tire website I could find for these tires.
  3. Catalytic converter theft protection / prevention?

LOL. That would be the best possible solution...other than move out of high crime areas (which also tend to be high cost of living area's). You never hear of cat theft out where I live because everyone carries a gun.
  4. Put AT tires on my Hybrid Maverick and still saved 5.6lbs per corner over stock

I have my first MPG update since the wheel/tire combo change and I think you guys are going to like it. Yesterday was my first fill-up that was 100% with the new wheels and tires. It was also a very interesting opportunity to really get a good gauge on the MPG's at real world HIGHWAY ONLY...
  5. 2022 Hybrid Maverick on cross country trip. Got 698.5 miles on a full tank of gas

LOL, sounds like you are the one that needs to "chill out."
  6. Put AT tires on my Hybrid Maverick and still saved 5.6lbs per corner over stock

Only have 3 tank averages so far, at 37, 40 and 40 on the factory wheel/tire setup.
  7. Put AT tires on my Hybrid Maverick and still saved 5.6lbs per corner over stock

I got the hitch, just no SIBL. It's a good combo. Right now still at 40.0 overall. Probably will take quite a long trip on Thursday that is 100% interstate and it will be brought down a bit but I think I'll fill up before I head out and that way I can get a good gauge over an 8 hour trip that...
  8. 2022 Hybrid Maverick on cross country trip. Got 698.5 miles on a full tank of gas

Your individual mpg means almost nothing to anyone else. It's your individual mpg compared to yourself that means the most. Hybrids have significantly different performance based on a wide range of environmental factors. If you want to compare yourself with someone else, probably best to find a...
  9. 2022 Hybrid Maverick on cross country trip. Got 698.5 miles on a full tank of gas

No offense and I mean this in the best way: This post is completely useless. I can go drive a couple miles on electric only and send you a photo that says 999.99 mpg.

  11. Put AT tires on my Hybrid Maverick and still saved 5.6lbs per corner over stock

And for those wondering where my center caps are...I have some Ford ones on order, will post pics once I get them in.
  12. Put AT tires on my Hybrid Maverick and still saved 5.6lbs per corner over stock

If I would have had 5k miles on the truck and a Dragy, I would have loved to have done an accelaration test. I think you are pretty spot on on your analysis but its hard to tell because the temps dropped big time after the install which we know really kills the hybrid MPG. With that being said...
  13. Put AT tires on my Hybrid Maverick and still saved 5.6lbs per corner over stock

That's probably a better tire for the truck. I almost went with the pirelli ATRs at 25 lbs but I really just wanted a touch more aggressiveness and sacrificed 3 lbs over the ATR to do that. One reason was I thought it helped visually since I was sticking with the stock tire size. If I went up a...
  14. Put AT tires on my Hybrid Maverick and still saved 5.6lbs per corner over stock

I'll be honest, it never crossed my mind. Great idea.

  17. Put AT tires on my Hybrid Maverick and still saved 5.6lbs per corner over stock

Load rating is 1521. I had to use a hub centric ring to bring it from the wheels opening of 71.1 to the Mav's 63.4
