Absolutely:) I agree š but we're NOT getting older YET, we're just hitting our stride:) we are and have always been Men of Honor and that's who we'll always be, regardless of how the VA Disability System treats us (i crack me up:)
Absolutely, reward the good dealers. Also, we always get the extended warranty, just because I have NO mechanical skills and I found positive comments about Flood Ford in RI, my good dealer (and I do mean that too) wanted $2,400.00 for 6 years 100k for the premium Ford ESP. Flood Ford was...
When you say ordered do you mean a SIGNED order with a stated price or was it they had one coming in and you can have it. If it's a signed order call Ford Customer Service at the 800 number and report this and after you get this settled tell that real dealer to go F-Truck himself. I've had it...
Iād put the names in a hat, close my eyes and pull a name out and call him/her and say āDude youāre getting a Maverick.ā That works for me, now to buy a hat;)
I gotta say my Wife loves her Maverick, the ride, the style, the added safety features and the fact that people still come up to her and ask āIs that the new Ford Maverickā ;) we got hers at Rowe Westbrook (ordered July 2nd picked up December 23rd) good team there and excellent mechanics, Iām...
I had the same issue in October, November. Back and forth BUT it was actually built Nov 29th which was 10 earlier then the last updated schedule. Good luck, hopefully we'll all be at Fat Boys talking Maverick and about those "other" people STILL waiting for theirs;)
Ok when yours comes in post ir and we can try say 2 weeks after your post to see if us Mariners can fix all of our schedules to meet up at Fat Boys around, say, 2 pm. And miss the lunch rush. That would be great if we can. Hopefully other locals are still monitoring this chat. Nice;)
Yes 50 is the max BUT you go 35psi as it says on the door because as you drive the pressure increases so if you start at 45 getting over 50psi happens quickly. I go by the door it's worked well for me for decades:)
Plus if he gets into an accident the insurance company will have denied the claim because "legally" it is an unregistered vehicle. This is a tough spot for him, hopefully he gets it resolved quickly.
Yeah, I was expecting between 25 to 27 MPG. Not sure why she has such crappy mileage. Iāll check with my friend that works at the dealership to see if thereās a way to check the software. I had an issue with my 2018 F-150 slamming gears out of the blue he said no problem, he plugged it into his...
No it was supposed to be set at 35psi so we reset it and the truck drives like it dream to begin with but now I wonāt worry about her having any potential issues because itās properly set. Itās a minor issue but too high could cause a blowout to low other issues. They just forgot to set it at...
Hey Ford good job stepping up to help this kid. It's great that you monitor the club. Nice to know you're taking notes. Here's one for you, ensure that when the dealers release the Maverick they remember to take the tire pressures down to 35 from 45 psi. My wife has been getting 21 MPG on her...
Absolutely, I replaced my Wife's second Fiesta SE (2016 88k with miles. it had 8 miles on it when I bought it for her) she loves her Maverick and I like the added safety features for her too. It's and XLT AWD with The Luxury Package and the Ford 360 plus some other stuff in Hot Pepper Red. It'll...
The Dali Lama said "Patience and tolerance are the antidote to anger and hatred" as a Vietnam Veteran I live by that quote every day. That is unless someone gets up in my face:) just kidding, sort of.
We have a lemon law here in Maine, hopefully your state does too. Sorry to hear this and I hope the dealership makes it good for you without jerking you around. We ALL waited so long for our Maverick (for my Wife) that we all just wanted it to be what we hoped for. Good Luck;) and keep us all...
