As an example, if I'm driving around town my hybrid miles show a pretty sweet miles until empty... but when I do some driving at 70mph on the highway, it'll drop pretty significantly. Around town I'm getting 45mpg, but 70-75mph gets me around 34-36mpg.

Not sure how it compares, but our insurance went down $75 a half which I suspect was caused by the Maverick having blind-spot warning system.

Built March 24th, Delivered to my dealership late 4/18 and picked up 4/19. (Kent, Ohio). It sat in a Lordstown railyard for around 10 days before being transported to the dealership.

It'd be yesterday - but we brought it home after a 520 day wait!

Our Maverick will be the seventh Ford (in a row) from Klaben Ford of Kent Ohio. They did not ask for a deposit, and have done a nice job keeping us updated throughout the process. Now we're just waiting on the tractor-trailer to get it from the railyard to the dealership.

It's not just weight - you're also increasing contact area so by nature you're likely increasing friction. Depending on the formulation of the rubber tire, you could also increase the coefficient of friction (a softer rubber versus a harder rubber) and the joys mu value calculations F/N.

Mine was 3/20 and then moved to 3/13 and then back to 3/20... I'm just going to wait until I learn it's on a delivery truck to get excited.
