The note repeatedly says "earned allocations". Could this be something different from "allocations"? Like, you get so many vehicles allocated based on current orders, but "earned allocations" are like a bonus based on other metrics?
I have multiple emails from Ford referring to "your 2022 Maverick". I don't know what shenanigans they'd try to play, but I'd love to hear the reaction of an old-school judge when they try to explain why the word "your" actually means "my".
I guess I'm a Porsche and Ford guy, too. They are the only brands I've owned multiples of (2 and 5, respectively).
Although, based on experience with my used clk, I wouldn't hesitate to own a second MB.
I don't understand the overall mindset here. I get my car back from this with 14 miles on it. I say, hey, why did you guys drive this 14 miles? They either give me a legitimate reason, bullshit, or an apology. I'm happy with option 1, probably OK with option 3, and will give them a hard time...
We have people who had their dealers sell their trucks from under them, others who added huge markups, and others who added on thousands in unwanted accessories.
Those are terrible and make us feel for the customer. This guy has basically waited longer than he expected to wait.
