If you want it built faster, drop the lux package. My Oct 14th xlt lux order never received a build date and ford chat told me if I dropped the lux and copilot 360 it would get picked up quicker.

You can always have a local upholstery shop add aftermarket seat heaters. That's what I plan on doing. I dropped the lux and copilot 360 so I could get mine sooner.

I don't think so. Seems like the floor is 2" higher in the hybrid to accommodate the battery.

Haha, no. I spoke with ford chat and they pretty much said there's slim to no chance I would get one made any time soon with xlt lux and copilot 360. I didn't really care about copilot that much and the only 2 things that were super important in the lux were the spray in liner and heated seats...

I went ahead and dropped the lux and copilot 360 today with Ashleigh. BTW, she's very helpful and responsive.

$580 for line x, $495 for bullet liner. I'll be going bullet liner.

That's crazy I'm at the front considering my build has XLT lux with spray in liner and copilot 360 (things that I have hear are causing major delays).

Wow, that isn't even ceramic coating. That's the same stuff dealers have been peddling for over a decade (ceramic coating has only been popular for about 5 years). True ceramic coating also comes with paint correction, which is actually the most expensive part of the process due to the labor...

@Granger Ford One more question: Would I have a better chance of getting my mav if I dropped the xlt lux package and copilot 360? I would def keep the sunroof and could add heated seats and spray in liner aftermarket.

I'd love to see other auto manufacturers enter the foray of compact unibody pickups that get excellent gas mileage (I'm looking at you, Toyota!).
