They will issue a recall for failed wiper motor BUT not a windshield leaking issue that has caused black mold inside the vents and cabin area. 🤔

Agreed. We have counter offered to Ford with zero out pocket. We are firmly standing the principle of this issue.

Ford has not acknowledged our leak as a problem at production or even at quality checks prior to leaving the facility. This is absolutely unacceptable service especially from a corporation like Ford.

Ford customer service at corporate is lacking and very vague on communicating.

We have experienced the same issue. You can't get the mildew out. We have requested an order replacement against Ford. This should definitely be on the recall list as this is a serious health concern.

You can go to NHTSA.GOV to file complaints for investigation on safety issues with your Maverick.

We are going through this same mold issue too. We are not backing down. Ford should take responsibility and pay out.

Ford should make good on their trucks. This is terrible customer service. I will not drive in a vehicle smelling of mold and risk my health over the negligence of Ford Motor Company. This is absurd and pathetic on Ford.

This smell happened after they replaced top of dash. Ford needs to make it right ✅️. This is all on Ford. We have enjoyed our Maverick.
