I have the $ for gas too and have similar gas prices as per your receipt, but I am shy about running it down to fumes like you did.. Did that once on a trip for work using my infinity G35.. literally waiting to turn in to the gas station at then end of my 480 mile trip, fuel light on and needle...

WOW! You really took it to Empty. I get nervous when it tells me that I have 15 miles left and it takes 16 gallons to fill. I think by then I've already hit around 430 miles on it ( driving very mindfully on Eco). Great post!

We'll... I was soldering up the wires for the replacement set of LED strips that I installed a few weeks back..

Today.. tailgate is an emergency drying rack for 2 bathroom rugs that just broke my washing machine spin cycle.. 60 ibs wet. Tailgate in elevated position. " No, I will not be using the 60mph drying cycle" ;)

Of course not rolling now...

Update. Both strips failed within a week. Will be searching for better options.. at least the wiring is set up...

I was going to list Cruise Control, but that's reasonably fixable ... So I will say that I'll miss being able to have a front brush guard...

finally installed LED strip DRL/Switchback. Just wanted to show the end result of installing these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/175388201226 after I trimmed them down to fit along the top of the headlights. The LEDs face down and shine through the clear headlamp housing and onto the silver...

Filled up the tank today after getting 438 miles with the 2.0 Ecoboost since the last tank fill-up...then burning the shape of my sunglasses on my face after I took them out of the sunglass holder by the map lights and just slapped them in my face.. it's HOT in that thing with the roof metal...
