Ford Dealerships are Indepent businesses so you would have to take it up with that dealer(Sue them).

Damage in those areas is usually from inside and Ford has a 5 yr rust through warranty I believe.

Dealer ordered had them in 3 days near Indianapolis.

I stand corrected! I initially ordered co-pilot on my 360 bc I thought it included a backup camera & Cruise control. But didnt take long to realize the latter wasnt included. Back up cam required on All new cars/light trucks.

A factory rep told me if I wanted to add tow hooks on non FX4 I would need to change the whole front facia/bumper cover to an FX4 cover. Not sure, haven't got mine yet.

The owners manual shows a fuse panel under the hood with several spare fuse locations, I hoped to use one of those if I ever get my truck!!

The console model is only 7"x7" openining they make one for under rear seat, much larger. Go to consolevault.com they give dimensions there ( scroll down a bit) I ordered/received the under seat one. Now I just need my Truck! (6.5 months on order)
