We used Carmax when we sold my wife's Fiesta to buy her 22 XLT AWD. They gave us 2.5k more then the dealership that we bought it from. Also, with interest rates at around 7+ percent for new vehicles, I'm sure the entire auto market is going to take a hit. Plus, the normal family is Paying more...
I use them on my F-150 and on my wifes Maverick. I can't remember which ones are on the 150 but I put the Ford ones on hers. It's just some protection and reduces the amount of crap that blows up on the undercarriage. I think they're worth it.
My wifes 22 is in the recall. Here in Maine they send someone out to you (in this case her work) and do it there. She called today (Thursday) and they're coming out Tuesday. By the way, this is the 1st post I've seen on this topic. Apparently there's others but I must have missed them.
Nice road trip!!! When we picked hers up we drove the 8.2 miles home. Not as exiting but we live, basically, in the woods so it was, at least, pretty:)
Her 2022 XLT AWD averages 23 MPG. It used to be only 22.5 MPG. She has 26k+ miles on it now. Just put new Michelin Tires on the other day. We'll see if he milage goes up (or down).
Ha ha ha:) when I wanted to order her her 2022 Maverick AWD XLT she said "I don't want a truck" my wife after driving her truck for a month "I'll never went a car again, just trucks. Not your F-150 size, but a truck" we picked hers up on December 20th 2021, she has 25k miles on it.
My wife just got home from work. 6+ inches of snow (still snowing too), brand new Michelin Tires (put on Friday) and she said the ride was flawless. Her 2022 AWD XLT has been excellent in the snow so far, but, apparently, the new tires made the ride and control even better. Oh, we're here in...
The reason I ordered the 2022 Maverick XLT with AWD for my wife was, frankly, we're getting older, live in Maine and to get her home as safely as possible. There's 3 different ways to get to our house, all involve hills, from steep, to steeper to steepest;). But, she had two different Fiesta's...
Where do you stand, at this point, on your order, build schedule, and build date? And if your's has been built, how long have you been waiting or waited for it to be shipped and/or delivered?
If you have a CarMax near you check them out, they gave us 3 grand more than my dealer, the ones we've bought 5 new cars from. Worth a look and a comparison. Good luck 👍
You know, this all depends on why you bought the Maverick in the first place. I drive an F-150, I bought it because we use it for what's it's designed for, hauling and carrying big stuff and towing things. I bought the Maverick for my wife's needs, hauling smaller stuff and filling the bed with...
Is that the Ford spray or Line-X. If it's Ford isn't there a 36 month coverage? And if it's Line-X it's a lifetime one. Good luck whichever way you go, and let us know how you resolved it too.
Good point because my wifes 22 XLT AWD with the Luxury Package moon roof, 360 plus all the other stuff I added, with only 3 grand down, the interest rate at 1.9% for 60 months is $488.21. Not bad compared to the 7.57% at the moment with Ford, but my bank is 5.9%. I'm pretty sure if that holds...
I know, we went through that with my wife's 2022 XLT AWD, it was scheduled than not, it was in production than not. I know, as the saying goes "this isn't our 1st rodeo:)" so we expect the Ford dance, but, it'll be another month or so of socking some more cash aside for a little more of a...
We can't have tinted windshields in our state. There's plenty of companies that do that, it's not too expensive and If i lived in Florida or Arizona I'd have that put on, on my way home from the dealership:) good luck, you'll love the Maverick in the Lariat trim.
Ordered a Lariat AWD Lux etc. 08/21 got an email 2 weeks ago, scheduled for week of 12/04, checked online the other day, rescheduled for week of 11/13. Hope that holds, it's a gift for my Daughter. Might end up being her (best) Christmas Present:)
