gap coverage is there to pay off your loan. lets say you owe 20k on a vehilce, but the car is only worth 17k street value, your insurance (car insurance) will cover the street value of the car, then you are left with the remaining balance of 3k to pay off your loan, thats where GAP steps in...

dealer will not run your credit until truck is in their possesion. i would suggest only paying what they want as a deposit (100-500$) for the order. you can then put down 0 or any amount really, unless lenders request a certain amount down to get you approved for the loan.

i saw a post where someone claimed they had ordered, and got production same day, it was later determined a joke/lie. just hold out. it will all be worth it. im in it for the long haul, cant wait

if you are from another state, front plates shouldnt matter in a state that "requires" them, and if a cop really writes you a ticket even after explaining you dont live there, and are just passing through, then thats BS.

i ordered a 4k tow model, no word on a production time yet.

even then, if there is a significant difference in tread wear, lets say your daily tires have about 35-40% life left, and your spare has 100% it can still damage the system, you also want to be running the same tire AFAIK as well, so when it comes you need new tires, and you go with something...

does this affect all trucks? or only the ones with spray in liner?
