I feel like I have it narrowed down to the where the defrost vent comes out of the dash on the drivers side. If I stick my fingers in the vent and pull backwards on it it is much better. I'm just afraid to stick anything in that area that may fall down into the vent which would not be good.

Thanks so much for your help! I have not had any problems at all as of now but approaching winter here in Ohio and I work from home 3 days a week and don't drive much so I thought about leaving a pigtail on the battery and plug in the trickle charger if it's going to sit 3-5 days a week.
