Did you all trim the plastic for the spring clamps? Mine will only grab the plastic unless I trim about 1/4 inch of plastic off…which I really don’t want to do.

Exact same for me when mine died, tech replaced battery and reloaded all software and it still would be dead the next day. Then i got the call to remove the truck from the Ford Pass APP and turned off the trucks Wi-Fi, no issue since.
I have them and will PM you. I had a response from the Southwest District Manager within 24 and corrected my issue and i was refunded $1,400 for an extended warranty that my dealer would not remove.
Did you disconnect the battery before installing?

Picked up the truck, nope no module replaced, they told me Ford is aware of a Ford Pass issue and not to res my phone until their software engineers can figure out what the issue is.

Dealer called me this morning, my hybrid has had power all weekend and is not tripping any codes. I deleted the truck from the Ford Pass App as instructed and now it appears to be functioning. I will pick it up after work. Hopefully all is good now.
