What kind of approach angle are people getting with these 1.5” and 2” lifts and bigger tires? Has anyone taken a rough measurement?

They are almost certainly 235’s - I went to the Ford build configurator, and when selecting your wheel style, it automatically selects 235’s A/T’s. After seeing this picture, I think I can live with the look of the 235’s on a lift. In my case I’m looking at the H&R lift (1.5” in front, 0.9 in...

You know what they say about Opinions. They are like belly buttons - every one has one. :) it may, indeed look like a skateboard to me as well, but I just don’t remember seeing one.

Did you notice a stiffer or softer ride after you put on the Eibach springs?

Looks great! Do the H&R front springs provide more stiffness, like what Toner experienced with his front Eibach springs?

Looking to get an Eibach pro lift kit installed on my AWD Mav in the Portland/Beaverton area in Oregon. Any recommendations for where to get the work done? Thanks in advance.

Any pictures out there of a 2” lifted Mav with stock tire size 225/65R17, or 235/65R17? I’d benefit from the better clearance on forest trails, but I’m not excited about the added weight of larger tires. Though not sure what it would look like. XLT AWD w/stock wheels.

Great great thread. If I can only find an 225/70R17 (yet to be successful), I would do it in a heartbeat. 225/75R17 - me waiting for a braver soul to try it out and report back.

What do you think of the CrossContact ATR’s now that you’ve had them for a little longer? Have you driven them over much gravel? They seem to match the on-road off-road qualities I’m after, but there aren’t many reviews out there yet. Also curious if you considered the Firestone Destination A/T2...

I love the look. One question though... did you do anything to the (corrected) *rear* suspension as well? The back looks higher to me.

So a quick update on my issue. Turns out the issue was me. :confused: It was a user error. I used the feature so rarely that I had forgotten there’s a lane-assist button at the end of the turn signal handle. After I pushed it to enable lane-assist, it now seems to be working.
