The dealer that let me test drive a EB said spring on hybrids , & another said 6 months. March is roughly 6 months. If we have to wait that much longer Ford should throw us a bone too, think free and earlier. Maybe a free lux package for w a icing lol.

Mobil 1. That said Boxer engines have a tendency of failed head gaskets. The oil can't completely drain & just lays on the gasket. BMW / Honda motorcycles & Porcshe boxers ALL have this problem.

I owned a 2010 Forester bought new & it started to use oil about 75k miles. Blown head gasket. That engine had a timing belt so belt, tensioner, pulleys, water pump both head gaskets & $ 3500 later I had my fill of Subaru. Never again will I buy a boxer even in a Porcshe.

It's times these, that "just in time " hurts.

The only thing that kept me from a hybrid was the $10k premium on price. Maverick offers hybrid technology at Civic / Corolla prices. This is the thing that's held this platform back.
