I'm experiencing the same here for the last month or so. Ford Pass app tells me everyday that I'm in deep sleep mode and conserving 12 volt battery. Truck starts up just fine and shuts everything off when I turn off ignition. I'm hoping a software update can correct this.

You did a great service for us with your CC and TSR write ups. I've had the switches for a while now but lacked the nerve to do the jobs! It would be like winning the trifecta if you could do a write up on Lane Keeping as well. Thanks

Here's a copy of the write up done on the end connector crimped onto the harness. I have no idea how this bolt figures into this fix. Ford part #W500566-S439.

Wow, Tim, if this is true, it kinda changes everything. It makes so much more sense that the harness is stranded tinned copper wire. It always bothered me that Ford would design this hybrid using aluminum. So, apparently a copper lug will do the trick. Go figure.

67 days is totally unacceptable. My truck sits dead in front of my place since 8/26. Until an approved fix of the harness or a replacement altogether, it'll sit here rather than on the dealer's lot. Looking forward to seeing a recall issued from Ford. If not, I wonder if a class action lawsuit...

I ordered it on 6/16/21 and the build date was sometime in Oct. I drove it off the lot on 1/5/22.

Thanks for the heads up. I've had the top on order since 10/26. With tax it was $284.90 and on back order. I contacted them and asked for a rebate to reflect the new price drop. I certainly won't hold my breath waiting for a reply.

Okay, so if what you say is correct, my hybrid was built on 10/6/21. That's the date under Special Order. I went to that link that pinged my modem and it came back, "modem found". I was originally scheduled for 10/4 and moved back to 10/11. Go figure.

I have a build date of 10/11 and I checked this morning and saw that my Mav is in production. Here's a copy of my window sticker.

Looks like there's no cover plate for easy access to the oil filter and drain plug. Bummer
