No, I never received that email, that's why I called Ford CS and they told me that I was still scheduled for an August 8, build and ETA of 8/21/ to 8/26. I have been following up with them once a week. Now, I have been moved back several times on my build date, 6/13, 6/27, 7/25, now 8/6.

I also need to check with my dealer, but they haven't been proactive until lately. It took a bad review for the dealership to get them up and running to take a little interest in their customers. I fear that you might be right. This is sad since I pre-traded my truck in Aug of last year.
