I was leaning towards the Area 51 till I saw it in person, all the photos make it look darker or more grey than it really is. Even my own photo doesn’t look like it did in real life. I suggest seeing the color before ordering it. I ordered Alto Blue after seeing them.

The Focus ST had almost the same shape wheels as the FX4, the are 18 inch though. They were easy to find for years on the ST forums, not sure is you want to move up to 18's. Also the offset was -45mm I believe my avatar is an ST wheel from my Focus.

I called the main 1 800 number for Ford, had to be transferred after about 20 minutes, waited for another 15-20 minutes to be told they had no info on my Mav, other that it was in processing and they had no idea on the scheduling date.

I wanted the Area 51 till I saw it in person, on a Mav, If you have not seen it in person I wouldn't order it, Its way to light on a blue for me. My wife said it was a women's color, I was down to CG and Alto Blue, ended up with Alto Blue, good luck!

Have Rhino Liner on my 2006 Ranger still in great shape after all these years, a little faded I guess, but will put it on My Mav when I get it, even better if it's cheaper!

I was also told the 1.9 for 60 months was locked in no matter how long it took my Mav to be built

Call and ask them when they are getting the next one in, they had around 20 on order. They should be getting some in unless they were all hybrids lol. they won’t let you drive it but they will let you look it over as long as you like.

Just go to autotrader.com and do a search for maverick’s in your area, here in the Atlanta area there are many more than I would have though, some at MSRP, many a little above some way above! If you have to have it now, you are going to pay, lol

I am also in the same boat, slightly I am trying to gauge when to sell my 2006 Ranger I do have another car to drive, so it's not critical, of course I don't even have a build date yet so won't be any time soon I think.

If I remember right the focus ST has -47 mm offset wheels and I think the Mav has 38, so close enough to use without rubbing, I had a couple of extra sets of rims for my ST wish I would have kept them now.

Get a tonneau cover, after a little paint work, you will never see it again!

Called my dealership cancelled the spray in liner and protective film, as I would like the truck some time early next year, will see if this helps get a build date?

With my 2.0 EB in my focus ST, it did VERY slightly drop mpg, more air means more fuel used, it always drop a couple mpg in the winter, dense cool air means more boost more fuel and of course more power! Don’t see why it would be much different in the Mav.
