Parma Heights, OH here. Ordered plain Jane, no options Alto Blue XLT Hybrid from Liberty Ford Parma Heights. I have NO build date or VIN from my order 6/30/21.

so I called 1-800-334-4375 ford customer service. They can't tell you much. Is there a better number to call so we can bitch up a storm.

Dude, I feel your anger. I have NOTHING extra on my XLT Alto Blue Hybrid. Plain truck. 6/30 order and NO build date. How can they not get the June orders 1st? This is unacceptable.

Yea! Like a Chevy S-10. Bring that back and Ford can kiss my business goodbye forever. They are currently making it for Mexico and S. America, BUT, it's a midsize truck. We want a small truck. You bring that back and offer a long bed it'll sell faster than the Maverick.

I even dropped every option off it it too. SIBL, mats, wheel locks, mudflaps. Bare bones and STiLL no build date.

Don't be so sure. I ordered 6/30/21 and just got an email from dealer he has no updates for this week and will talk to me next week. Cancelling is becoming an option now.
