Just checked with the Maverick customer service. Ordered an Alto Blue Lariat with tow hitch on Oct 8th. I didn't get selected this week, so still no build week/VIN.
Would you mind creating a thread similar to the [Email not/now arriving] but with something like [Ford contact result] for each scheduling week? That way we could reply what our result of contacting Ford was. Either still in processing, or got a VIN.

Please re-instate the original email notification system. I have not been calling the call center support every week, because I knew that if I didn't receive my email then I was not selected for a build. You probably noticed an uptick in update requests the past Thursday...
