Clearly it is for Hybrid Maverick to use Solar charger to keep the Maverick from going into sleep mode all the time. I would have installed a solar charger on my Hybrid Mav but it sits in the garage all the time, so instead I use a 10amp smart charger.

Unfortunately I don't think the uni-body Maverick truck would support one. Not much cargo combined weight after passengers loaded. I could be wrong if someone makes a basic unit made from fiberglass with no frills at 500-600 lbs.
