love my Shadow Black Mav and found the perfect wheels to go on it! glad to hear it's not a popular color choice. i most often see Area51's. if i didn't go black i would have chosen Carbon Grey
this being my first truck, i did not know this! other than the increased registration costs and some apparent parking privileges, anything else a new cali truck owner should be aware of in regards to this?
+1 for the OEM Ford Maverick Logo floor mats, fit perfect and look great. usually there is a code for 20% or if you were like me and signed up for the FordPass when picking up your MAV you could use the free points for free mats :)
lol i've actually been looking into getting a DJI Mini drone to maintain compliance with the law. for now i'm avoiding jail time with the stop and snap method but i see that enforcement is closing in on me!
sorry to hear about your experience but after 6 months of owning my XL Hybrid Mav I can't say that I've really experienced any of those things.
wondering if it's your specific Mav or if your cold weather location makes that big of a difference but for a $20K hybrid truck it personally EXCEEDED...
Thanks, and it's hard to say since I was only on the stock steelies for a day. I want to say i lost about 1-2MPG, but it could be more. Not sure if it's my heavy foot, majority freeway miles, the A/T tires or all of the above but I'm at 33.6MPG per my Mav while it seems like alot of guys on the...
Got these the day after I picked up my Mav and it completely transformed it into a true truck. Look great, feel great, and make the Mav so much more functional! Have taken my Mav through snow where AWD SUV's were skidding around, basic mud and dirt trails with my friend's Tacoma's and Rangers...
I don't see why you wouldn't, especially if it's free? My dealer was actually surprised that I came in at the 3K mark but it's been 6 months since I picked up my Mav and that's about as long as I felt comfortable going before an oil change.
My FordPass App said I was at 64% and apparently the...
i've been running 245/65/17 Falken WildPeak A/T Trail's for 3K miles on my stock suspension FWD hybrid and couldn't be happier! my wheel and tire combo completely transformed my Mav into a true truck.
maybe lost a couple MPGs but well worth it for the improved look and performance. i've coasted...
i've used my rear cabin 400w plug to power tons of things when i go truck bed camping: tv, heating pad on a cold night, laptop on remote work day, mini fridge on a hot day, etc... it was the best $150 option ever :)
man i must have the heaviest foot around as i only average 33.5 MPG! granted I have larger A/T tires and mainly do freeway driving, but the difference between what some of you are averaging and what I'm getting is staggering. i mean 46mpg?? that's higher than the EPA estimates so you must be...
i was just out in Yucca with my Mav! the high desert area is nice.
been taking my Mav around SoCal and it would be cool to do a meet/run with other Mavs!
