I recently went down to Tail of the Dragon with the Civic X forum with a buddy in his Type R (FL5). He runs a Uniden R7 and I was generally impressed with the advanced alert of radar that we received. Multiple times running at high speeds he got alerts 20-30 seconds before we saw a cop.

A few weeks ago prompted by another member I checked and I was being offered $35,600 for my 2025 Lariat AWD Hybrid 4K Tow w/moonroof with 13k miles.
Well today - it has 14,250 miles on it and the Carvana offer increased to $37,200. With it being fully paid off, and I could get most of (90+%) my...
As I posted previously - I had an embarrassing mishap last month when I didn't notice that the old oil filter left the gasket when I removed it. I DID notice it shortly after I started the Mav and spewed oil all over the felt engine cover, engine, and about an 8th mile of my neighborhood...
After 10,750 miles of the Goodyear Territory HT I had enough. I've had my eyes on the Wildpeak AT Trails for sometime and kept checking back in with the local tire shop hoping for a deal. The tires go for $271 on Tire Rack plus tax and install. My local shop mounted, balanced, and performed a 4...
I have seen the threads on altering the tire size previously but I am curious if anyone has completed the steps on a 2025 Maverick with Sync 4? Has anything changed or have the modules changed that would make the steps for 2022-2024 Mavericks not work?
Here in the wonderful state of Ohio - they charge $100 annually for a hybrid, $150 for plug in, and $200 for an EV.
When I switched from my Bronco to a Model 3 i went to get the plates switched and the lovely man behind the counter told me to go home and renew my registration for the plates...
As the title states - what is the part number for the felt under shield (think skid plate) for the engine for a 2025 hybrid?
First time in my life I’ve had gasket fail on an oil filter and it created quite the mess…
All - I know this topic has been beaten more than a dead horse but I can’t easily find an answer while scrolling through the dozens of pages.
Where is the recommended/correct place to connect a battery tender to the 12v?
Do I connect directly to the 12v under the seat or use the jumper posts...
Decided to swap out the PTU and RDU fluids based on the reports of underfilled units full of blackened oil with metal shavings.
I bought a quart of 75/85 for the PTU and a quart of RDU fluid from Rock Auto for $55 shipped, and a $10 pump from Amazon.
I highly suggest everyone do this...
Spent the weekend at my son’s soccer tournament and we finally had sunny warm weather in Ohio.
The hybrids electric AC is so clutch in being able to keep the cabin cool without running the engine (much). Including the AC idle time and highway driving to the tournament I’m still showing 37.6mpg...
Title says it all. I can't get A/T tires for the 19" wheels and I need A/Ts for my property.
Looking to switch, trade, or some combo for 17" factory rims but may consider just selling them to make the switch.
I had a 2023 Tremor XLT+Lux that I sold when I knew there was an AWD Hybrid coming down the line. I am going to be trailering my new Maverick to my house tomorrow so I can apply Fluid Film rust protection before subjecting it to the salt barrens of Ohio roads in the winter.
I know others have...
NOT my video. But 37 comprehensive minutes with the 2025 AWD Hybrid Lariat!!!
EDIT: A few notes from the review:
First Ford ever for reviewer. Currently owns Model Y and Land Cruiser
Likes interior colors - say they do not reflect photos on line // will not look good with EG (I disagree)...
After what I thought was 7,718 trouble free miles - my EB has experienced the dreaded EVAP system service engine soon warning.
Interesting enough if you look at the Forscan log for code P0496 it states that the malfunction indicator lamp (check engine light) is off for that specific code, and...
21.613 months actually. Or 1.8 years. Or 93.857 weeks. Or 657 days. 15,768 hours. Or 946,080 minutes. Or 56,764,800 seconds....
1 year, 9 months, and 18 days after I first placed a Maverick order it took a little less than a 3 mile test drive to my house, and my wife driving it around the block...
It's another one of these threads - but you know what - I've waited 18 months for truck and I've got a lot of problems with you people, and now you're gonna hear about them!!
OK - I just wanted to toss in a Seinfeld reference.
I ordered a 2024 Ranger Lariat. First retail Ranger order the...
