Yes I have the muffler rattle too, I mentioned it on another thread. I only hear it at idle. I got under the truck and looked for contact with exhaust system and heat shield and could not find anything. When I push up on the muffler it goes away.
Sport mode in mine (FWD) just seems to make the throttle more jumpy off the line and hold gears longer. Outright acceleration is the same if you floor it between normal mode and sport mode.
Doug is right to harp on the price, this is a "cheap" truck and built to a price point for sure.
Only thing that does not fit is the lug nut. Hub bore is same. Bolt pattern is same. TPMS same. I’ve mounted 2 different sets of Bronco Sport wheels on my Mav and the fit and run perfect.
I have the Tacoma for several more months on a lease. I ordered the Mav on a whim the day order books opened early June, no deposit, no risk. Will drive both a while and decide which to keep.
I just keep getting out to look if it's on or off. I sat in the back and handed out candy on Halloween and the light would turn off after about 15 mins.
I have both, they are completely different vehicles and Tacoma sticker was $10k higher. If I had to keep just 1 for the long haul it would be the Tacoma.
This setting option does not exist on XL, maybe only on XLT and above. I have also noticed this oversight since my Tacoma has a nice toggle switch, very tactile feel click click on/off.
