My guess is Ford would charge $50K to bring it up to the quality of my wife's Titanium Edge. That seems outrageous. The Lariat should be approaching that level of features and quality and its a long way off.
2.5 hour round trip from Austin past Marble Falls to visit my mother.
1 baby blue classic Bronce, should have got a pic.
8 new Broncos, one was 2 door.
2 Mavericks, both Area 51 XLT's, used to be a shock to see them, now its 3 or 4 a week.
OP I really like the set up and will likely duplicate it. The fact that you don't need locks is brilliant.
Tailgate pads are legit. 13 hours from Austin to Angel Fire all bikes and tailgate fine, NM roads are horrible.
I have a hitch rack for my ebike but agree about the camera, parking and such.
100 to your 1, you are 1%. You can't think this has gone smooth. 100 to 1?

reply to these guys.
MrC would like you input.
There is a 500 club. People would like to test drive at truck. Congrats but your situation doesn't seem to be the norm. Just my observation. I'm not saying anything that isn't echoed through this forum.
I'm actually encouraging a more fleet like system. I don't give a crap about fleets.
I just bought my first non ford vehicle since the 90's
"And Ford is still delivering retail orders." Ha Ha Ha that is rich. Delivering...500 days? Pfffft
The Maverick seems like a unicorn, I bought a couple year old Tacoma TRD Off road. First non-Ford in 22 years. Its more truck than I need. All I want to do is move my German Shephard and my mountain bike. Guess I'll check back in a couple years. This seems dumb.
"I just had Crutchfield install front component speakers, rear two way speakers, an amp, and a powered sub into my wife’s 2022 trailblazer.
Installation cost $500"
Pretty sure he is saying labor is $500.
