Greetings folks,
Maeve, my hybrid xl has been stuck at the dealership for nearly 2 weeks awaiting a manifold sensor.
Morning of 1/18 remoted started while I was making my morning coffee, go out to start her up and she was off(never happened, was the first uh oh moment). Turned the key, to find...
I had my emissions recall work done 3 weeks ago, and I did notice the rough idle, in the morning when it was cold out. At the moment my maverick hybrid is at the dealer due to a faulty manifold sensor, I'm not sure if the two have anything to do with each other. I did find it odd that a week...
23' xl hybrid picked up january 12th 2023. Currently just shy of 17,000 miles. I go surf fishing twice a month in jersey, so thats a good 600 miles a month, plus a few trips to the poconos to the family cabin. No issues so far, getting it inspected in 2 weeks so I'll find out if there are any...
I would assume with the torque to the wheels, having a stiff connection would lead to structural issues down the line. I think all the cars I've ever owned had movement from the engine when throttle was applied.
I've put about 10,000 miles on my maverick hybrid using Castrol Edge 0w-20. Never done an oil change on my own vehicle, but it takes about 30 minutes. My old mechanic buddy always used castrol, and I put over 250k on the civic he worked on, so i just stuck with the brand I saw work.
2023 hybrid xl, ordered september 22, built december 9th, delivered january 12th. 14,500 problem free miles. between the work commute and drives to the shore twice a month for surf fishing, i'd say 50/50 highway/rural driving.
I have a Bully trailerhitch "Ford" emblem break light installed and every single time I start it it tells me the trailer left turn signal is malfunctioning, so hopefully this recall fixes that!
Back in late 2021 my wife and I decided that I was next in line for a new car(05 accord at the time). I wanted the efficiency of a hybrid, but the utility of a truck for camping, yard work, random furniture run. Stumbled on the santa cruz and that got a quick "nope" from my wife for the looks...
From wh
A guy I work with put in a Bronco order back in 2019 with them, from what I hear they get quite a few, so I figured with low trim, limited options and a dealer with alocations I'd at least be sitting for 6 or 8 months.
However I know this is not set in stone, an email is not welding...
Put my order and deposit down at Fred Beans Ford of Exton PA down on 9/17/22. Ordered a Hybrid XL with trailer hitch and full size spare. Received my Scheduling email 10/28 for a build week of 12/5, including VIN number. Was prepared to wait till the middle of next year to hear anything, but I...
Went with a hybrid XL, placed my order at Fred Beans Ford in Exton PA. $500 down, salesperson said there will be a $350 doc fee. A coworker ordered a bronco from them, sister in law got her explorer from them, they seem to have their act together!
