Yeah, but who would buy, from me, at the same price, a vehicle that has an unresolved recall? Any shrewd buyer would want a significant discount. I couldn't blame them. So that's how I would perceive to be injured: I can't get full value.
Not being able to sell your vehicle when you want to was my point. You own it; you should be able to sell it, or trade it in, or use it as collateral for a loan.
Any tarrif on the Maverick would increase prices for the more expensive trucks also, regardless of where they are made.
If a base Ranger is now, say, $5,000 more than a Maverick, but a tariff on the Mav is another $5,000, people would just buy a Ranger at the same price. So the Ranger price...
My engine shut off worked fine for the first several weeks, then mysteriously stopped turning off at stoplights. Now, it's working again. I've only had the vehicle for 6 weeks, so I don't have enough information yet.
My XLT came from the dealer at 40 psi, on Feb. 1, 2024. I thought about letting some air out, but decided to wait and see how long it would take for them to lower themselves. After ~600 miles, they are now at 39 psi.
If I use a wireless CarPlay adapter, and connect my phone to it via Bluetooth, do I lose the Ford Pass app features? I like the remote start feature over the cell signal.
Not sure I can have the phone on two different Bluetooths.
I ordered my XLT, luxury package, Ecoboost, FWD in carbonized gray when the order banks opened in July. I got one confirmation that the order was received. Just yesterday, the dealer called to say the truck is ready, when would I like to come by?
