UPDATE: Dealer just delivered my vehicle to my house. They reprogramed the modules, checked the reload, and truck drove fine and cleared the codes. Let's see if they were successful. Definitely will keep an eye on it.

Update from dealer: They have finished doing a "pinpoint test" and said the ISC and PCM modules need to be reprogrammed and they will contact me when finished. Not getting my hopes up too much right now, but it sounds like they may know what they're doing.
