I have a 2025 XLT AWD hybrid. Twice now going thru the car wash truck has come off the rollers. My past 2022 xlt hybrid never had this happen. Like with my 2022 I put the truck in neutral and low. Im wondering if putting the 2025 in low is the issue. Any others having this happen?

Took my 2025 AWD hybrid thru the car wash, same as I had with my 2022. drove on the track put in neutral about half way thru felt a bump, rear tire had come off track. Was able to get it righted. Never had that happen in the 22 FWD. Anyone experienced this?

Dealer just contacted me Ford will be announcing a fix this week. Also @fordvideoguy in his Maverick Mondays post on YouTube said hopefully hear this week for a software fix.🤞

Truck is in production today the tracker says. I’m not taking it since I bought one off the dealers lot a week ago. I’ve read some builds are being bumped mine was moved up from previous date… The build is , XLT hybrid AWD, no extras. Just an fyi.

So happy that I got this truck. Had a 2022 hybrid XLT that I bought new. Took 10 months to get. So happy to have AWD !!! No more slipping at the boat ramp! And really liking the tech upgrades.

Got my 2025 AWD hybrid today. What’s the deal on the so called manual? Dealer handed me this thin booklet, supplemental manual. Ok thinking there is a most in-depth manual in the glove box… Nope he said that’s it… Nothing on drive modes, the information screen… But lots on seat belts and tires…

Trying to decide which to take. A dealer in my area has a 2024 fx4 on there lot. They’ve lowered the price 2k. Of course they can’t sell. My dealer has a 2025 fx4 coming in the next week. 36k. Would appreciate thoughts. I‘m not in a rush.

According to @fordvideoguy , Ford thought they had a fix last week.The it didn’t work.. No ETA for a fix. He also mention Ford may need to put a rebate on the 2024 when there is a solution to this problem.

If so what are you first impressions?

Since I decided not to take the 2025 AWD hybrid(different thread) I found a 2024 XLT fx4 for 29500, down from 32,000. Seems like a reasonal deal.

Are you still satisfied with your 2024 XLT FX4 trucks

Want a all around tire for my 2022 XLT hybrid. I pull a small boat , the ramps I use can be steep and slippery. We can get snow in winter. I did order a 2025 awd hybrid, but decided to pass on it. So I’m going to do some upgrades to my 2022 instead.
