I've read about people installing it in the bed since it is a throw-away item unlike the previous years. Thinking about doing that for mine so it's a little more discreet a location, especially with a bed cover.

It's amazing how different the color looks so different depending on the lighting/camera and I love it in every photo. Looking forward to having one of the few NOT in Area 51 or Cactus in my town!
That's normal behavior for a soft cover. You can see it on soft top convertibles too going down the road, especially older ones.
There's a few good weather sealing vids out there (Mav specific ones) to MINIMIZE water intrusion but it'll never be a 100% seal.
