Yep, the last time I spoke to CS to check the ford ordering screwup they were in to verify the correction to clean order after the rollover, I told them any color will do. Just want the Maverick please.

Was unscheduled clean for a whole year then Ford said they did not have my roll over listed and to contact the dealer.
The dealer changed my order D443 to an E443.
I am now unscheduled clean again.
Past frustrated.
Think I just got screwed by Ford/Dealer incompetence.
Getting same run around.
Had to force dealer to roll over to 23my.
Checked with customer service a day later and they had the order and all was fine.
Have received two 45 day delay regret emailing.

With all that in hand, tell the dealer calmly and Ford that they must come through. You have the power to take this further like to BBB and local media...bad media stinks...but effective.
One only knows this if they are connected customers. What about the non-connected relying on Ford or Dealer communications? Amazon would be out of business if they did not communicate. But auto manufactures should get a pass. Really?
But Ford keeps taking in the orders whether they have parts or dealer allocation to fill them. This IS Ford's dilemma they are making for themselves. We need to Stop blaming the customer for whining. Ford is in control or lack of it.
Back in Sept 22, Dealer manager said he had 300 Maverick orders for 2022s and was getting 5 deliveries a month. That is a 60 per year turnaround on a five year fulfilment potential. New orders from this dealer are in total limbo unless allocations are changed. If there are really 5000 rollover...
