Just returned home from picking up my Maverick at Granger this am. 632 miles of breaking-in. Varying speeds probably piqued the other drivers around me-LOL.
The most unusual dealer experience-ever (and I’ve bought more than a few vehicles over the years). After arriving by Granger shuttle...
One (ok, me) wonders why you would accept that 1qt oil “use” every 200 miles in a new car(you stated it has done so since purchase) is normal? Ok, back to original programming…
and with current inflation the dollar you spend next month and each month after that is worth less. By taking the 36 months at 0% the truck is technically “cheaper”.
At current money market rates (~3.75%) you can put the cash in and pay you monthly payment from that account and in 36 months be...
I will provide a story that can be used as an example of "case study" regarding dealers and contracts.
A few years ago I was looking for a GMC Canyon. I found one at a dealer ~1.5 hours from me. Not the ideal color but was the all terrain package, etc and advertised for a really good price...

I hope to pick up my Maverick in a few weeks to compare.
SEL turbo. Totally stock. The capacity is the only negative thus far. It will be interesting to compare to my Maverick which is due at the dealer sometime in the next 2-3 weeks (waiting on truck transport).
I’ll “weigh” in with my n of 1. My son asked me to help him pick up vinyl plank flooring since I have a “truck” (Santa Cruz). He ordered 1000 ft2. upon arrival at the big box store, I discovered (my son is the poster boy of understatement) The flooring was heavy for vinyl-probably 35-40lbs per...
if one has no plans on selling their Maverick then why should one care about the alleged document. its Iowa-no conspiracy afoot in the land of cornfields and Hawkeyes afaik.
Your truck is already in Gateway, IL. Why it is estimated to take 6 weeks to get to Granger IA-who knows?
Mine left Hermosillo November 4 and is taking the scenic route-this am it was in New Mexico. It appears yours got the “bullet train” straight to Illinois.
