I don't know what to think anymore. I ordered a XLT Hybrid last September with hitch, which I removed the hitch last month. So now just a stock XLT Hybrid. Have only received sorry we are having supply issues emails. My old town & country is on it's last miles. I can't wait a whole lot longer.

I had the dealer remove my hitch on my XLT Hybrid. That was my only added option. I wonder if you can put a hitch on later ?

That's crazy. Just tell them you won't hook up a trailer until it's repaired. That would drive me nuts. Waiting and then it sits on the lot because of a wire.

Probably all of our nightmares. You wait forever to get your truck then some idiot hits you......

I removed my hitch from my standard XLT Hybrid order a couple weeks ago, or the sales Mgr. Said he did. Got a email last week. Same thing. We are up against supply issues, etc. I have no vin, build date, nothing. I ordered last Sept. 15-16. What's the hold up ?

Well hopefully this will maybe get my truck built a little faster. I wonder if you can add a hitch later ? I doubt I would be using mine, but for $100 I figured why not. I was going to add the splash guards and a hard flat cover after I got my truck.

I have asked my sales rep at the Ford dealership if the tow hitch is a constraint, which this is twice I have seen it listed on this forum as a constraint. I asked him to remove the tow hitch if it is. He doesn't seem to know. Says he'll check into it and remove it if it is. My 45 day update is...
