It adds whatever thickness spacer you decide to run. 25mm adapter= 25mm impact on offset.
I agree adapters aren't the best choice, that said, I've run them on other vehicles. Find your wheels first, then order adapters so you can choose the thickness and more importantly get the adapters...
I love ACC and wouldn't have bought my mav without it. I agree sometimes on open highway it can be a blessing and a curse. But in traffic, especially low speed crawling traffic, it's awesome.
If the Fusion headrests work, then Lincoln MKZ should as well. They might have the softer foam center. I had looked at the fusion, but i was worried the headrests would be too far forward with the way the post come in sort of behind instead of underneath. Any issue with that?

Well I wasn't happy to find the 25 Lariat had fixed 2 way headrests. The angle was too severe and the top of the headrest hit my head at an uncomfortable angle. Lots of other threads on this.
My first thought was to buy a 4 way...
That one looks nice for that style, I'm just looking for one that stows away better. The f150 extender breaks down and folds up. The ram extender folds up flat
I've had my Maverick just a week now. I'm enjoying it, but I'm looking for a more versatile bed extender than the ford or amazon options. My biggest issue with them is when you need the whole bed, where does the extender go? It's big and oddly shaped.
I also have a Ram 3500 with the rambox...
