  1. Hybrid production has been completely stopped for 2022 Mavericks, per my dealer

Well Morty, the thing is this. Three hours to you is fifteen minutes to me. I'm 73 years old and don't have all those hours to sit holding the phone. That you called me "dude" tells me positively that you are much younger than I and so you have the time, a luxury I wish I still had! Anyway...
  2. If your dealer says your order was canceled or that your existing order will be pushed to MY2023 here is the probable reason

I sent that post to my dealer. I asked that because of this information, I need to know if my order was placed properly. June 19 order and still nothing except the dealer telling me my order will probably be pushed to model year 2023. If he responds, which I doubt, it really makes no...
  3. Hybrid production has been completely stopped for 2022 Mavericks, per my dealer

I've tried to get through to the Ford customer service number several times since last June and only got through once. The rest of the time I am on hold for 15 minutes and I just give up. Can't get through so have to rely on what the dealer says.
  4. Longest Wait Time From Confirmed Order to Delivery

June 19 order, June 23 confirmation. Crickets since. Dealer said probably will be pushed to 2023 model. They did something wrong for sure somewhere along the line or want me to cancel so they can sell it off lot.
  5. Quick poll on June Hybrid orders

Not what I had in mind either. Received confirmation June 23. Dealer believes I will be bumped to 2023 model year. Fairly well loaded Lariat so I thought being one of the higher profit builds they would get to it early but I guess that is not the case.
  6. Should I switch from hybrid to ecoboost?

My dealer told me the other day that if I keep my hybrid Lariat build it will probably go to MY 2023. I have a better chance with eco-boost. I told him to change it if he must but not if I loose my early slot (ordered June 19). Of course, they have no allocations being a small dealership so I...
  7. Longest Wait Time From Confirmed Order to Delivery

June 19 order, confirmed by Ford June 23. No build date. Small dealer so no allocations. I should have been told. Manager told me the other day my Lariat hybrid will probably end up MY 2023. I told him if it must be done, change to Eco-boost. I don't think I'll see a Maverick at all.
  8. 📣 1/20 Scheduling Email Received Group [EMAILS ARRIVING!!]

My dealer sent me an email yesterday saying that my June order for a fairly well loaded Lariat would probably be pushed by Ford to model year 2023. They simply do not have the allocations. I should have gone with a big town dealer, not a mom/pop operation.
  9. ⏱ Maverick Scheduling Next Week (1/17) For Production Build Weeks 3/7 and 3/14

As the email sent to me by the General Manager of my dealership indicated, (I quoted it in a post on the previous page), some orders, even going back as far as June of last year like mine, may not get built this model year. Clearly, my dealer had very few allocations, not enough to handle the...
  10. ⏱ Maverick Scheduling Next Week (1/17) For Production Build Weeks 3/7 and 3/14

I've been waiting since June, finally got something from the general manager of the dealership. Here is the email I received. Does it make sense? "I am relatively new here at Country Ford, so you and I have not met. I do understand your frustration at the delay on receiving your Hybrid...
  11. Longest Wait Time From Confirmed Order to Delivery

Ordered June 19, confirmation email received from Ford June 23. Not a thing since. Dealer clueless. Says he will check with Ford but I don't get a word. I asked for a meeting Friday with salesman and sales manager and attempt to conference call in the Ford Rep for that dealership. I said it...
  12. ⏱ Maverick Scheduling Next Week (1/17) For Production Build Weeks 3/7 and 3/14

I think I may have posted this in another thread but I have been waiting on my order of June 19 with confirmation email from Ford on June 23. It is for a fairly well loaded lariat hybrid. No scheduling as yet and I don't expect it anytime soon. What this delay has given me is time to research...
  13. Ordered exactly 7 months ago today, UPDATE - Maverick is Home!

    Seven months tomorrow. Same crickets.
  14. Would you Flip your Mav?

I am still waiting for a scheduling and I placed my order in June, so I owe no allegiance to Ford, the dealership or the Maverick. I would sell the thing in a heart beat if the profit were good enough. It is being purchased as a bang around vehicle, I really don't need it and certainly don't...
  15. The Texas Mavericks!

I can't believe that it only took you a month from order to delivery. I sure did make a mistake! I might order a Jeep. Toliver sells them too so I might stop in some day and talk to them. I LOVE Ruidoso. The elk are all over the golf courses there. I like the links and Cree Meadow golf...
  16. My humble review of my new Velocity Blue Maverick XL

Now I know where you are UH50. Yes, we are very close neighbors. When I started looking for dealers to order back in June, no one in East Texas had a clue. Toliver especially did not know anything and said it was too early to order a Maverick when in fact ordering started in early June. They...
  17. My humble review of my new Velocity Blue Maverick XL

I see you are at Lake o' the Pines. I'm at Holly Lake, just 35 miles north of Tyler. I have not read this whole thread but your initial review is very good and I appreciate your effort. You may have indicated somewhere the dealership you ordered your truck from but my dealer has had me...
  18. ⏱ Maverick Scheduling Upcoming Week (1/10) For Production Build Week 2/28/22

June 18 purchase agreement made for fairly well loaded Lariat Hybrid. Confirmation email from Ford dated June 23. Nothing since. Salesman clueless. Ford number for customer service does not respond - on hold for over 20 minutes. BAAAAAAD situation all around.
