I've tried to get through to the Ford customer service number several times since last June and only got through once. The rest of the time I am on hold for 15 minutes and I just give up. Can't get through so have to rely on what the dealer says.
June 19 order, June 23 confirmation. Crickets since. Dealer said probably will be pushed to 2023 model. They did something wrong for sure somewhere along the line or want me to cancel so they can sell it off lot.
