How did it match with the original color?

Yeah. That's the plan. I was hoping just some touch up pen and getting it resealed would be sufficient. Crazy they can't just match up the paint enough going down the scratch VS repainting half the car.

No. It was like it is on the Pic. You can see the white line for the spot. Pretty good distance away. The other side is a curb.

The $3k quote was for repainting both doors, the rear panel and front panel to blend the color going around the front and back. So I imagine it is deep enough into the paint to warrant that. They did try to buff it out first but too deep for that.

So my ruby red metallic lariat got keyed the other day. Took it in to see about repair. Was quoted over $3k. Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks for post. I grabbed the hf650m at less than 700. Shipping was fast. Arrived in like 3 days. Took about an hour and half to install. Like others said, the instructions are a loose guide, but you should be able to figure it out pretty easily. I have the lariat with the pre installed bed...

I added them as part of the build from the factory. I think it was like a $180 add on. Pretty expensive when you can get them for $40 on amazon. But they say ford on them and might be built a little better.

I ordered the 2025 Lariat with the black appearance package. I got the ruby red color. It should be delivered next week. I like the black roof, black mirrors, logos, etc., but why are the door handles not black? It seems they come black on the lower models (maybe plastic), but I think painted...
