I flat towed my '24 Maverick 3300 miles last winter/spring from NJ to Fla and back. I had no issues at all, the only issue is not be able to go over 70 and having to have to stop every 6 hrs. Boy, do I wish I could go up to 75 and 8 hrs but I love this truck

Just got Mav hybrid 3 weeks ago and can vouch that A/C is the coldest and best of any vehicle I've owned. Fabulous!! We'll see what happens when it gets cold with the heat. If I have an issue that means I have to get to Fla sooner in '26, lol !!

Demco baseplate has been installed and the Mav has been wired. Adapters are NOT to connect with the Blue Ox tow bar. Question, what electric brake system inside the truck are you guys using? I have the Blue Ox and I'm wondering if I should look into something else that's designed for the Hybrids...

Having hybrid setup next week with the Demco baseplate and the necessary internal wiring for brakes light, signals, etc also a 12 volt socket to provide power for the Blus Ox brake. They'll have the vehicle 1 1/2 days total cost with tax 4k

Did I read somewhere in the forum that these fog lamps aren't compatible with the Demco baseplate. Having the Demco installed next week, so I'll hold off on the fog lamps until I see a couple of responses. Thanks !!

Haven't taken my Mav on the highway yet but I go up a 25% grade every day , she handles it well, very surprised. When I really want speed I jump in '07 Vette. What a great life !!

Great truck, went for a ride yesterday and got 42.6 mpg , outstanding. Handles great, rides nice. Only issue is Ford used some cheap materials on the inside like the glove compartment.

Glad I didn't wait for the '25's because flat towing is what led me to the '24 Mav
